AIDS Walk Detroit

AIDS WALK Detroit
September 21, 2008

5-Kilometer Fundraising Walkathon
held in downtown Royal Oak.

Thanks to this years walkers on the MAPP team as well as the "Help Me Rhonda's" and the "I am responsible" teams who helped MAPP raise over $7000 for us during the 2007 event.

Walking to fight AIDS has a long tradition in Southeast Michigan. Since the late 1980's, thousands of people have joined walks to raise money to support the fight against HIV AIDS. The biggest and longest running AIDS Walk is AIDS Walk Detroit, produced by Steppin' Out, which takes place each year in September.
