The Voice of AIDS project is a community intervention focusing on young gay and bisexual men, ages 15-25. It was funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and is the follow-up intervention to the CITY project, a five-year study on the behaviors, knowledge, and attitudes regarding sex and HIV, of young men who have sex with men (YMSM).

The Voice of AIDS project is a multi-level project involving community education through interactive workshops, a large media campaign including outdoor billboards, a website, and promotional materials including t-shirts, condoms, and other fun items. The main objectives of this project are to get YMSM to practice safer sex and to get tested for HIV.
